We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with strong communication skills to join our Sales team. This is a great role for someone with 0-2 years of experience in Sales or BD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate Leads & contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails

Qualify inbound leads that come to the Sales team via Marketing activities

Achieve monthly introductory meeting targets

Schedule appointments/meetings for sales managers

Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Report to the Sales Manager on lead gen activity
Other Requirements:

Excellent people skills and verbal communication and strong written and spoken English skills; spoken Hindi is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospectings techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach is a plus

Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
Remuneration: Rs. 6 lacks per annum CTC (Rs. 5.28 lakhs fixed + Rs. 78,000 or more in incentives. 100% of our BDE team is at target!). The more business you get, the more you earn!
