Role Summary: As an RF Engineer (PhD), you will help develop, test, and validate our next-generation air pollution and carbon capture products using novel RF systems. This is a unique opportunity to publish research, obtain patents, and work alongside our seasoned engineering team. Job duties and responsibilities

  • Design, simulate, prototype mmWave systems, phased arrays, and other RF components
  • Perform complex EM/circuit simulations using tools like Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, Cadence
  • Fabricate and test GaN/Si RFICs, antennas, filters using network/signal analyzers, wafer probers
  • Research, innovate, and publish papers on new RF architectures that enhance our products
  • Select ideal RF components and materials to optimize system performance and efficiency
  • Ensure RF systems meet all regulatory and design specifications
  • Travel occasionally to vendors/partners for design reviews, evaluations, and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers on RF fundamentals, modeling, layout, measurements, and documentation.
  • Qualifications

    • PhD in ECE or related field
    • 3+ years work experience after PhD in industry
    • Experience with hardware for the WiFi spectrum

Role Summary: As Product Manager, you will guide our product development from conception to market launch, ensuring it meets both technical requirements and market needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
    • Manage product certification and licensing processes

    Required qualifications

    • Experience with product certification processes (e.g., FCC, CE)
    • Excellent project management and communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

    Plant Technician Devic Earth – Bangalore

    Devic Earth is looking for a Plant Technician at our head office in Bangalore to be involved in the assembly and maintenance of our products and infrastructure.

    Devic Earth is a green tech start-up with a breakthrough technology that has revolutionized our approach to air pollution. Our fast-growing company is VC funded, has onboarded several clients, won multiple awards, and extensively covered in the media – all in these three years.

    The specific duties of the Plant Technician include performing the day-to-day operations in the plant, maintaining plant and office infrastructure, inventory, conducting quality checks for raw material and finished goods, handling customer service, implementing best practices across all levels, appropriate documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the day-to-day plant operations related to assembly of products are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
    • Assembly and QA/QC of equipment
    • Upkeep of Air Quality Monitors
    • Upkeep of the plant and ensure it is safe and secure at all times.
    • Conduct quality checks for raw materials, raise requests for material and maintain stock issued for assembly of units.
    • Ensure that there is no shortage of all components by raising requests for procurement as per ROL.
    • Participate in installation of equipment by following safety protocols Perform quality controls and fulfil production KPIs.
    • Assist in Packing & Logistics
    • Provide prompt and quality customer service.
    • Maintain A/C, Electrical, UPS and other infrastructure in the plant & office Ensure overall safety of plant & office infrastructure.
    • All activities are to be conducted as per the core values of the company

    Experience

    Minimum of 3 years of work experience as electronics technician involved in assembly or manufacture of electrical/electronic products at a manufacturing concern.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an electronics technician involved in assembly or manufacturing of electrical/electronic products. – Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
    • Skills
    • Knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits and assembly
    • Ability to envision and design assembly of electrical components.
    • Ability to identify alternative solutions and source the components required.
    • Ability to identify the right product at the right price and at best quality. Experience in operation and maintenance of Fire safety equipment.
    • Experience in conducting quality checks of raw materials and products
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking skills Good organisational skills Upholds high ethical standards.
