Job Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. This is a great role for someone with 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales. The focus will be on upselling to our existing B2B customers, especially in heavy industries such as mining, cement, steel, and specialty chemicals. Travel to visit customer sites (about 1-2 days per week) will be required. The position is a hybrid WFH/WFO from our head office in Kadugodi, Bangalore (or AMTZ in Visakhapatnam desired).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Upsell to our existing customers. This will require visiting customer sites at other plants belonging to the customer both within India and internationally. This is the key task for the Customer Success Manager.
  • Own and manage the on-boarding process for new customers. This requires regular meetings with you, our engineers, and the customer's Environment and/or Sustainability teams to help them understand how our technology has improved air quality at their site. These meetings are mostly online but occasionally will be in person at the customer site.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Engineering, and other teams at Devic Earth to ensure that customer service requirements are met.
  • Meet regularly with our existing customers to understand how we have met their requirements, and what we can do better.
 

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent people skills and verbal communication.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; spoken Hindi is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Track record of success.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Remuneration: Rs. 7.5 LPA CTC (fixed plus on target earnings). The more business you get, the more you earn!

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA is preferable but not required.
