Devic Earth is looking for Senior Manager, Operations at our head office in Bangalore to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
Devic Earth is a green tech start-up with a breakthrough technology that has revolutionized our approach to air pollution. Our fast-growing company is VC funded, has onboarded several clients, won multiple awards, and extensively covered in the media – all in these four years.
The role of Sr. Manager, Operations is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
The specific duties of a Sr. Manager, Operations include supervising the manufacturing plant & office operations for both domestic and international requirements, overseeing office and plant inventory, managing the IT requirements, ensuring high quality of customer onboarding and service, implementing best practices across all levels and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Production, Installation and Service Management - implement best manufacturing practices, forecasting production and budgeting, manpower planning, ensure compliance to legal, health and safety standards w.r.t manufacturing plant. Oversee customer onboarding process and ensure customer delight.
Domestic & International Operations - Develop and implement domestic and international strategies for Operations to meet the organization goals.
Product Development - Coordinate with D & D and top management to finalize the design and development of new products and product lines
Quality Management Systems - Develop, maintain and implement processes to meet ISO 9001:2015 standard. To adopt the role of a Management Representative (MR) for the QMS of the organization. Update MIS reports.
HR & Office Operations - Oversee the hiring, onboarding and training of employees and compliance to legal standards. Oversee general office and facilities management. Manage IT infrastructure.
Inventory & Vendor Management - Oversee inventory management processes and maintain vendor relationships.
Shipping & Logistics - Oversee shipping and logistics for national and international markets

Experience
Minimum of 5 yrs work experience as Operations Manager at a manufacturing concern.
Minimum Qualification
Masters Degree in Business/Operations Management or related field
Salary: Rs.13 lakh per annum CTC.
