We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong communication and B2B selling skills to lead our India Sales team. This is a sales leadership role; 7-12 years of experience in B2B sales is required. Join the team that is helping save millions of lives through our award-winning clean air technology!
Remuneration: Rs. 16-20 lakh per annum CTC plus ESOPs (Rs. 12-15 lakhs fixed + Rs. 4-6 lakhs or more in incentives and bonuses). The more business you get, the more you earn!
Reporting to: CEO
Employment type: Full-time position from our head office in Kadugodi, Bangalore (travel 2-4 days per week for customer meetings).
Roles and Responsibilities:

Grow revenue to Rs. 15 Cr by end of year one and Rs. 20 Cr by end of year two

Build a high-performance sales team

Coordinate with senior management to meet Sales Team objectives
Requirements:

MBA from a reputed university

7-12 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in heavy industries and/or manufacturing

Strong enterprise sales experience

Strong sales leadership experience.

Proficiency in written and spoken English. Poor English writing skills will not be accepted.

Willing to travel extensively to states where your existing customers are located.
